Writing: emails and informal letters
Useful Phrases for Informal Letters
Start informal letter in english
The most common salutation in an informal letter is “Dear….” Note that it is followed by a comma.
However, some go extremely informal and use “Hello ” or “Hi!”

Lovely to hear from you.

Hope you're well.
Commenting on something (Paragraph 1)
